This luxury, dog-friendly cottage in the New Forest, which sleeps 10 guests, can be found at the end of a private road surrounded by five acres of garden, a swimming pool complex, ancient trees and lots of woodland wildlife.
The house exudes an exceptionally stylish yet very homey feel. The open-plan country dining kitchen and spacious rooms encourage everyone to get together, and with more than one lounge, it’s easy to find a spot to sneak off for some quiet time.
There are five bedrooms in total, with two on the ground floor. The grounds of this holiday home are a dream. Lush lawns, woods and a wildflower meadow surround a covered games area housing table tennis and table football. Several seating areas are dotted around the grounds, including rattan dining furniture under a large gazebo so you can dine alfresco come, rain or shine. The star of the show, tucked away behind latched gates, is a wonderful pool complex. In addition to a large swimming pool, sunbeds, and lots of fairy lights for a late-night splash under the stars, the complex also has a hot tub and pool house with shower facilities.
