Gather friends and family for a break at this fantastic and budget-friendly 300-year-old farmhouse in the New Forest that sleeps 9 guests. It is super dog-friendly and set in 2 acres of gardens framed by a vineyard with a wonderful farm shop and an artisan micro-brewery – so super convenient to nip out for supplies! The Farmhouse is laden with charm dating back in parts to over three centuries – think a maze of large and small reception rooms, beamed ceilings, heavy oak doors, quarry floors, preserved original features with log burners and snug for cosy winter breaks.
During the warmer months, enjoy the vine-filled sunroom and sit back and relax in the huge garden. There’s lots of space both inside and out for everyone, and if you’re bringing little ones, they’ll enjoy playing in the garden’s 2-storey playhouse and a big set of swings. An old well has been transformed into a rustic barbecue complemented by plenty of garden furniture to sit and relax before some al fresco dining.
The popular and thriving village of Brockenhurst, which is packed with a vast array of great restaurants, pubs and cafes, as well as a train station, is less than a mile away.
