This sweet little cottage which sleeps four guests, is furnished for comfort and style in equal measures. It is located in the little hamlet called Burley Street, a short walk from the neighbouring village of Burley in the New Forest National Park. Step inside the redbrick façade to a beautifully refurbished home with thick wonky walls, a pretty hand-painted kitchen/dining room with polished oak wood floors adorned with rugs and an open log fire for cosy evenings. The garden is a real gem, being a traditional cottage garden in design, loaded with an abundance of plants, pretty flowers, and dappled trees from which hangs a swing. From the French doors, follow the pathway to a patio with a dining set for 6 and enjoy al fresco dining.
While there are lots of attractions to visit nearby, for easy days out, don some walking boots or hire a bike from Burley and explore the woods and heather plains of the forest. There are plenty of gastropubs and village shops all around.
