The Three Tuns, has won a coveted “bib gourmand” & achieved recognition for affordable excellence in the prestigious new 2012 Michelin Guide. It is the only new entry in Hampshire, one of only four entries in the county to be recognised in the new Guide out this week. In the unique language of the Michelin Guide, the red “bib” symbol indicates the Inspectors’ favourite establishments offering ‘excellent food at moderate prices.’ While Michelin stars remain the most celebrated designation in the Michelin guide, the highly coveted “Bib Gourmand” sets out to highlight good value, genuine personality & good all round hospitality.
