Gambledown Farm Glamping

Gambledown Farm is a 270-acre farm dating back to 1875 which offers glamping accommodation, it lies just 5 miles from the New Forest National Park and is a mere 15 minutes drive from Paultons Park Peppa Pig World. The luxury safari glamping tents are spread across a large field and host spectacular views over the farm, the Hampshire Downs and the Wiltshire plains. The tents offer home from home comfort, each having an ensuite bathroom with modern hot shower & flushing loo, wood burning stove and full sized comfy beds.

The farm is found down a mile-long private road and so offers peace and a safe haven for children who can explore the fields, woodland and a beautiful living willow tunnel. There is a new football / rugby pitch and children also love the play area under a large covered barn with kids tractor toys, giant chalk board, ping pong and swing ball.

During your stay make sure you pay a visit to the resident pigs, horses, rabbits, chickens and in the spring more than 30 new calves! Also in spring time you can help the farmer bottle feed newly born lambs adopted from the neighbouring farm. Gambledown loves sharing their passion for farming and wildlife and guided farm tours are available on request. 

Home grown produce is available to buy in the farm shop or as part of a breakfast hamper including Gambledown’s own bacon, sausages, and fresh free range eggs, or a meat box with home-reared beef and lamb.

The wood-fired pizza oven is used to host two pizza nights a week, or you can cook supper using your own BBQ outside your tent.

There are endless options for days out with so many great family options nearby; hiking or biking trails in the New Forest, a trip to Historic Salisbury or Winchester and fantastic South Coast beaches all just a short distance away.
