Nestled in the north of the New Forest in the quiet village of Frogham is the wonderful Crossroads Cottage. Crossroads Cottage is the holiday home with a bit of everything! Adding a bit of luxury to the cottage is your very own private Swim Spa. With under floor heating throughout, and the pool heated all year round at 32 degrees, your very own space to swim to your hearts content is a real treat.

In the summer months the spacious, secluded garden is a haven for children. The outdoor furniture sits on the sunny patio with gas barbecue for alfresco dining. There is also a large gated pond attracting an abundance of wildlife to the garden.

The house comprises of a large kitchen/diner, sunny conservatory and cosy lounge with inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove. The owners recognise the modern world and therefore a Smart TV has been provided along with add on Sky movie package, Bluetooth sound bar and DVD player. 

Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms, the master featuring an en suite shower room. 

Parking is available for up to three cars on the private driveway and direct forest access awaits you right outside the front gates. For the evenings when you don’t wish to cook the Foresters Arms is just a stone’s throw away. 

Bike storage is available for those of you keen to explore the area using bikes. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and a complimentary basket of logs (in appropriate season) are included for your stay.
