With stunning views over the beautiful Meon Valley, Brocklands Farm offers a special sort of glamping experience. Two lovely safari tents sit in a spacious grassy meadow in the centre of this arable farm – it’s the perfect place to get away from it all. Watch buzzards soaring and wander along the private paths on the farm or walk into the picturesque village of West Meon. Reconnect with your family or friends and linger on the deck with a glass of wine as the sun sets.
Relax in front of the wood burning range while your supper cooks, toast marshmallows on the BBQ, chat round the table by the light of the paraffin lamps and candle lanterns, listen to the owls as you snuggle into a comfortable bed for the best night’s sleep ever then wake up in the morning to enjoy it all over again! You can store up a host of precious memories with your family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen has a butler's sink with mains water and a small gas hob for those occasions when you don't wish to light the fire. Coffee, tea, sugar and condiments are all provided on the dresser, as well as basics like washing up liquid, cling film and tin foil.
The spacious bathroom is fully equipped with a log burning stove that keeps you cosy at all times. Gorgeous eco-toiletries pamper you in the shower and fluffy towels await you. Situated on the same platform as the tent this beautiful cabin is almost en-suite and ensures this is a real glamping experience.
Children relish the safe space to roam and the freedom to explore the woods behind the tents. The rope swing is especially popular and can be seen from both tents.
If you can pull yourself away from the site there are many activities locally in the South Downs National Park, and beautiful historic towns such as Winchester, the ancient capital of England, and Chichester are a short drive away. The ancient site of Stonehenge is nearby, as are the fabulous ships in Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome in Lapwing for a small extra charge.
