Nestled in the small village of Sway, just a few minutes’ walk to open forest, find Southlings Annexe adjacent to the owners home.
The annexe is set within peaceful surroundings with its own private garden area, laid to shingle with garden furniture. The perfect sunny spot for a morning coffee and breakfast spread.
Inside the cottage, walk into open plan living space with sofa and chairs, TV, and dining table with seating for four. The kitchen area provides an electric oven and hob, slimline dishwasher and washing machine for guests convenience.
Upstairs find a spacious bedroom with king size bed, ample storage and cot bed suitable for a child up to the age of 5 years. Upstairs you can find the bathroom with shower over the bath.
A short 2 minute walk from the cottage find The Hare and Hounds pub serving food all day every day. A little further along across the cattle grid and you are out on to the open forest. Further afield in the centre of the village you can find two restaurants, a butchers and convenience store. Brockenhurst is just 3 miles away with further eateries as well as the Georgian town of Lymington with much to see along the area’s stunning coastline.
