About
This grand cottage, which sleeps six guests and up to two dogs, is near Lymington on Hampshire’s south coast and offers the perfect blend of a countryside and coastline holiday.
The cottage immediately channels a boutique feel with beautiful interiors, high-end décor and quality furnishings. It’s comfortable and contemporary, with a hefty nod to classical cottage charm. It’s the sort of place where you'll easily slip into holiday mode as soon as you arrive and unpack. The downstairs has a large kitchen, dining room and a separate lounge with a fabulous open fireplace and three very generously sized bedrooms upstairs - 2 doubles and a twin, each impeccably styled and flooded with daylight.
Outside is a simple but perfectly tended garden of lush lawn surrounded by tall hedges and mature trees for the utmost privacy. As the sun goes down, flick on the ambient lighting, prepare the BBQ, and dine under the inky sky.
Within a 10-minute walk of the front door is Lymington Sea Wall, which leads to Lymington to the east or Keyhaven Nature Reserve to the west. It’s just five minutes in the car into Lymington, which is filled with good eating pubs and restaurants, and a couple of minutes more to the New Forest National Park, 3 miles away, where free-roaming ponies and donkeys will join you on your walks.
