Enjoy a break in this striking modern retreat that sleeps 6 guests in the heart of Lymington on the New Forest’s south coast. Designed with comfort in mind, this chic holiday home is carefully equipped with everything you’ll need to simply arrive, unpack and relax into holiday mode. The expansive and stylish open-plan living area entices guests to come together to dine, cook, talk and socialise. There are three big bedrooms and bathrooms, with the convenience of an ensuite king on the ground floor – so great for those with limited mobility.
Bifold doors flow onto the south-facing sunny garden enveloped by trees and a secure fence. The owners have created the outside of Genoa Cottage as a wonderful spot to sit surrounded by birdsong, blooms, plants and flowering shrubs. Plus, you’ll have use of the smart summerhouse with a day bed, sink and fridge. You’ll also find plenty of garden furniture and a barbeque at your disposal.
It’s just a fifteen-minute stroll to the High Street, where there’s a good selection of restaurants, pubs, cafes, and independent shops. A little further on is The Quay, with views of Lymington River, and further still, as you meander towards the sea wall, are far-reaching vistas across to the Isle of Wight.
