This great holiday home is in a lovely, quiet location and only a ten-minute walk to restaurants, bars, and good-eating pubs in Lymington and the Town Quay. The house sleeps six guests and is dog-friendly, with a handy park just across the road for a fido to have a quick scamper.
Maple House is superbly set up, and the feel is fresh, stylish, and bright. Downstairs, there is a homely lounge and dining area with plump sofas and a fire to curl up and get cosy when the seasons turn. A second lounge is a sunny conservatory filled with comfy couches, chairs, and another TV. There’s a really well-equipped cook's kitchen to whip up a leisurely meal with goodies bought at the Saturday street market. There’s also a utility room and downstairs loo. Upstairs are three bedrooms (two doubles and a bunk room) that share a family bathroom.
The sheltered garden, with its well-tended lawn and borders filled with plants and blooms, encourages outside dining. And, in the summer months, prepare to spend plenty of time enjoying the setting, lazing away the afternoon while listening to the birds.
