A Walk in the Park at The Grange

Enjoy a leisurely 5 mile walk through beautiful private parkland, not usually accessible to the public. This walk is raising much needed funds for Breast Cancer Haven Wessex based in Titchfield.

This is a unique opportunity to explore private areas within Grange Park which are not accessed by the public whilst taking in the breathtaking views.

This includes a peak into Lord Ashburton's private garden, walking through woodland, open land and along the lakeside, with kind thanks Lord and Lady Ashburton.

Choose your start time: 9am, 10am and 11am. Registration fee £20, under 16's go free. With tea, coffee, cakes and raffle also.

The event aim is for participants to enjoy 'A Walk in The Park' and to use the challenge to raise vital funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Haven, Wessex. Walkers should be capable of completing their chosen walk and should seek medical advice if in doubt.

Registration Age Restrictions: Walkers under 16 must be registered, and accompanied on the walk by an adult.

Online Registration & Fees: When registering your place there is a non-refundable fee of £20.00 for adults, free for under 16's.

Sponsorship: The event encourages sponsorship, and the family who raise the most will win the fabulous prize of a family day out at Paulton's Park. £50.00 is suggested as a target for each walker.

Walkers should have suitable clothing and footwear. Toilet Facilities will be at various locations as indicated on the route map provided at check-in. Walkers should not leave the walk without notifying a marshal. St John Ambulance attend in case of a medical emergency and walkers should contact a marshal immediately to obtain help. Adverse Weather In the unlikely event where adverse conditions might force the cancellation of the walk, please check back to this page for details. Unfortunately, the estate isn't suitable for wheelchair access. For safety reasons and to protect the wild life, no dogs are allowed on this walk.
