Much like the löyly (wood-fired steam) that rises within their aromatic walls, sauna culture is on the up in the UK.
Taking a leaf out of Finland’s book, the happiest country in the world, ecotherapy (wellness in nature and the outdoors) is on the rise in England and Hampshire’s natural beauty offers perfect locations for reaping such rewards of rejuvenation.
From coast to countryside, Hampshire has a superb selection of outdoor saunas to soothe, steam, and combine with a cold-water dip.
