In the heart of Brockenhurst adjacent to the owners home is The Cottage at Boscobel. The property is a small bungalow, ideal for those who have limited mobility. The property includes a fabulously sunny lush green garden to the rear for the guests own private use.
Inside the cottage is a light and airy lounge with comfortable seating and a dining table with seating for four. The kitchen is well-equipped for all that you would need for a weeks holiday. The two bedrooms are spacious, the first bedroom includes a king size bed and the second bedroom includes two single beds. A small family would also be very comfortable here. The newly finished bathroom includes a bath with shower over and WC and there is a separate additional WC for guests convenience.
A 5 minute walk will take you directly into the village centre with a variety of quaint cafés, shops and convenience stores. Brockenhurst has a wealth of excellent eating establishments so you will not be short of places to choose from when dining out locally. Just a minute or two away is the open forest where you can walk and cycle to your hearts content.
Bed linen is included but the owners ask you to bring your own towels. WiFi is also available. Regrettably this cottage is not suitable for pets.
