February Half term fun family activities at Whitchurch Silk Mill.
Tues 13 February , 11am – 3pm
Make woven hearts for two Valentine's cards.
Show your love for friends or family members this Valentine's Day by making two cards, weaving ribbons or paper to make a woven heart on the front of your cards. You can also add other craft items to your cards such as sequins if you wish. Suitable for children aged 3 yrs+.
£3 per child aged 3-16yrs.
Children who you've purchased an activity ticket for do not need to have an entrance ticket. The parent/ carer supervising their child with the activity can enter the mill for free (1 adult per child doing the craft activity) Please visit the ticket page of our website to purchase any additional adult tickets.
Weds 14 February, 11am – 1pm
Weave a mini wall hanging.
Celebrate Valentine's Day and the love of weaving by making a mini wall hanging out of wool, ribbons, and beads. Join us this half term with your children to make a mini wall hanging out of wool, ribbons, and beads to take home. No experience required, it's easy to do.

Friday 16 February – 11am – 1pm
Let Love Grow – Family planting activity.
Join us for this outdoor family planting activity in the picturesque surroundings of the Silk Mill.
Bring your family along this half term for this 'Let love grow' planting activity. Children will get the opportunity to choose a pot, decorate it and then fill it with soil and choose a seed to plant. Then children can make a plant label, so they know what they're growing.
£3 per child aged 3yrs+. Please pre-book your activity tickets.

This activity will take place outside of the mill. Drop in anytime between 11am – 1pm on Friday 16 February. Please ensure you wear clothes and footwear suitable for the weather and messy outdoor activities.
The Mill and cafe will also be open as normal on the weekend of 10 & 11 Feb, and Tues 13 - Sunday 18 February during Hampshire schools Half term.
