Regardless of your age or ability, Fort Widley have a lesson to suit you. Fort Widley offer one-hour group lessons divided up into ability at various times over the week, with adult only sessions. Each rider is matched to one of the well-behaved school horses and will be instructed by one of the BHS qualified instructors. The group lesson will be tailored to the group’s ability, with aims and goals for each rider.

Fort Widley offer half hour private lessons; each lesson is tailored to meet the individuals short term targets and long-term goals. They try to match each rider with an instructor to aid progression.

They also run Own a Pony Days every half term and summer holidays, along with Walk Outs, Meet the Horses, School Hire, Riding for the Disabled, Mechanical Horses and Stable Management courses plus much more outdoor fun for the whole family!
