Book your stay at this really sweet cottage, modernized in recent years and situated in a conservation area. Decorated to a high standard throughout, it's ideal for romantic getaways and fun-filled holidays for small families by the sea.

The property offers two bedrooms, one large double bed and one twin. The twin has a 'zip and link' bed, which can be made up into a large double if required. The living/dining room leads onto the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. As in many Victorian properties, the bathroom is located on the ground floor. There is also a garden, with patio area and lawn.

Located just 15 minutes from the seafront, the cottage is in an ideal spot for visitors to the area's activities and attractions. Also, being just minutes away from Albert Road and its many restaurants, you won't have to go too far for a bite to eat or something to drink.

A car is useful but not an essential. For those with a car, parking is available. For those without, there is a good local bus and train service.

Southsea is a perfect location for any type of holiday and at any time of year – short city breaks, surprise Valentine’s/anniversary getaways, Easter holidays, educational half term breaks, summer holidays by the sea, the Great South Run, Christmas and January Sales shopping, and a whole load more. There certainly is something for everyone. It is an ideal location for a holiday in Britain no matter what the weather or the time of year.

The cottage, as well as being ideally located for visiting Portsmouth, is a perfect base for visiting the south coast and key locations further afield – central London is only 90 minutes away.
