Daily Activities
Join in the daily activities on the farm which vary throughout the year. There are plenty of friendly animals to meet including cows, sheep, goats, donkeys, rabbits, guinea pigs and alpacas.
Hands-on History
Explore the traditional farm buildings including the blacksmith's forge and wheelwrights. Then, visit the farmhouse and its beautiful cottage garden, where many fruits and vegetables grow. Go ’back’ to school in our Victorian schoolroom – can you avoid the dunce’s cap? Tractor fans young and old can pose for photos beside the restored vintage farm vehicles.
Play Area
Let the kids run free in the farm-themed play area. It has large play tractors, combine harvester and pedal tractor circuit. Find your way through the seasonal Scarecrow Maize Maze and try your hand at den building in the wooded area
Play Barn
You don't have to leave the farmyard for fuel anymore; find a delicious selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks in our Play Barn kiosk.
Events
An exciting calendar of events runs during school holidays throughout the year. The themed activities and trails will keep everyone entertained. Check out their website and Facebook page for dates and details.
Food and Drink
The Farm Cafe and Playbarn Kiosk sell a delicious selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks
We pride ourselves on providing wholesome and delicious food, and we're big on doing things seasonally and using locally-grown produce wherever we can. We cater to gluten free, vegetarian and vegan diets so you're sure to find something to suit.
Our onsite café is located outside of the farmyard, so you can pop along whatever you're up to. Whether you're having fun at the farm, exploring the wider River Hamble Country Park, or enjoying your daily dog walk, our door is open.
Gift Shop
In the main reception barn you will find a small gift shop. It sells delicious seasonal produce including fruit and vegetables grown in the cottage garden. You will find free-range eggs from the farm hens and honey collected from the farm’s beehives too. There is also a wide range of gifts including children’s toys and games, jams and chutneys, homewares and souvenirs.
