Delightful self- catering accommodation for up to two people in a well-equipped converted stable in the peaceful garden of a picturesque 16thC Grade II listed thatched cottage, conveniently located for Eastleigh, Winchester, Southampton and Southampton Airport.
The beautifully designed stable has a bedroom with double bed, shower room with double shower, kitchen and lounge. Do visit the website photos page to fully appreciate the lovely interior. Facilities include TV, and DVD and CD/Radio players. There is also a washing machine and drying facilities, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker and microwave. Double bed, hair dryer, ironing facilities and all linen.
At the front of the Stable, there is a small patio with table and chairs. Walks through the countryside start 100 metres down the Drove. The Stable is close to local amenities. A petrol station with mini market and a pub are within walking distance.
The M27 is a ten minute drive away, where there is a retail park hosting a large Marks and Spencer, Sainsburys and fast food outlets. Two mainline railway stations are nearby, with regular trains to London. Southampton Airport is only 15 minutes by car.
Local attractions are listed on the website and include a whole host of leisure activities including cricket - The Rose Bowl. Coastal attractions include Hamble, The Royal Victoria Country Park, Bournemouth and Southsea.
