Barton Hall Function Suite has a wide range of rooms and facilities available at very competitive rates. We can host a range of events including parties, weddings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, corporate functions, presentation evenings and fundraising events.The Function suite is situated in the spacious and high quality grounds of Horndean Technology College. This provides a unique opportunity for the public to hire out the exceptional and diverse facilities.
The large Barton Hall can hold up to 450 people, and we also offer a complete in-house catering service and a fully licensed bar. There are a range of various other rooms available to meet all your requirements that vary in size and technical amenities. We have an IT suite available as well as many other rooms that are ideal for meetings, training sessions, or even social clubs.
We can also offer a full technical service, with our skilled Multi-Media Technician who is available to answer any questions you may have, assist with set ups, and be on hand throughout events if required.
In the past year alone, Barton Hall Function Suite has hosted a range of high profile events for many external businesses. These have included BSKYB, The Royal Astronomical Society and Hampshire Constabulary.
Sport & Leisure Facilities
The Barton Hall Function Suite also offers a comprehensive list of sports facilities for hire that include:
• Brand new floodlit astro turf pitches (available as either two 5-aside pitches, or one larger single pitch)
• Grass football pitches
• Sports halls
• Badminton courts
• Cricket pitch
• Outdoor tennis and netball courts
All are available for hire by clubs or individuals with competitive youth and adult charges.
