The Old Dairy Farm, a modern, luxury bed and breakfast set in a peaceful location only a minutes drive from the historic town of Emsworth, Hampshire. They have 5 lovely rooms on offer, all with en-suite facilities and serve a locally sourced full English breakfast in our beautiful dining room overlooking the horses and chickens, what a perfect way to start your day!

The Old Dairy Farm B&B is situated near Portsmouth and Chichester, which are just a 20-minute drive in either direction, whilst London can be reached within an hour (depending on traffic!).

Whether you’re planning a relaxing break, visiting friends and family or need accomodation for a business trip, please be assured a warm and friendly welcome awaits.

Guests at Old Dairy Farm have their own private entrance with individual rooms allocated on arrival or by special request. Each room has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. They have three rooms that can be offered as a Super king double bed or a twin bedded room plus two rooms offering a King size double bed. The Old Dairy Farm do not have a family room but a couple of rooms will take an extra bed. They are happy to welcome children over the age of 5.

All rooms have: En-suite private shower rooms, Flat screen TV/DVD player and Freeview, Free wifi, Alarm clock, Hairdryer and a well stocked hospitality tray with teas, coffee, hot chocolate & bottled water.
