The restaurant follow a ‘field to fork’ philosophy and pride themselves on using local produce sourced from within a 50-mile radius. Some produce even comes from the hotel's Kitchen Garden, where they grow a fantastic variety of vegetables & herbs and plenty of fruit.
Taking its name from the original glasshouse designed in c.1850 by Edward Milner, a renowned landscape architect who also designed Oakley Hall’s gardens, the Glasshouse Restaurant was built in 2014. With its roots in 19th century grandeur, the Glasshouse Restaurant provides an elegant and sophisticated yet relaxed environment in which to enjoy a fine dining experience.
