This unique, fun-filled event combines hands-on learning about nature and our majestic deer with exciting activities tailored for curious young minds.
What's in store? Explore Wildlife: Learn about British wildlife, including hedgehogs (in honour of National Hedgehog Day on 2nd February) and of course, our beautiful deer. Life on the Farm: Junior Rangers will get to experience life on a farm alongside our expert Rangers. Adventure Activities: Build dens, track badgers, and toast gooey s'mores by the old rail embankment. Deer Health Workshop: Learn how to check a deer's health through our handling system. Craft Fun: Get creative with wildlife-inspired crafts to take home. Ranger School is the perfect chance for kids to connect with nature, develop new skills, and make unforgettable memories. Tickets are limited, so don't miss out! What to wear We do advise long trousers/leggings for the wooded area and the paddock as there are long grasses/nettles/brambles. Wellies are a MUST Double-check that all footwear still fits and that wellies are watertight Bring a water-proof coat Please note, that filming for future marketing and events will be taking place.
