The Fox situated near the historic city of Winchester, Is a destination country Inn serving the very best local Hampshire produce, wines and ales. The striking building, originally built in 1876 and then fully refurbished in 2018 is a great place to eat, drink & relax.

Here at The Fox we pride ourselves on delivering a great pub and food experience, using the best quality local and seasonal produce to deliver seriously good food with fresh, clean flavours. We are extremely proud of our bar, it’s a fabulous space with cosy log burners and comfy chairs that also welcomes dogs. Serving locally brewed cask ales from Bowman Ales and Alfred’s brewery.

We also have a comprehensive collection of gin’s and fine malt whisky’s and an amazing wine list. You can also get a great night’s sleep in one of our five country/boutique style bedrooms, all ensuite and finished to the very highest standards with smart TV’s, super fast broadband and Nespresso Machines in all the rooms. You can also enjoy a freshly cooked Hampshire produce breakfast and freshly baked pastries to set you up for the day.
