A cliff top restaurant with spectacular panoramic sea views of Needles on the Isle of Wight. The restaurant is situated in Barton on Sea in the New Forest.
Head Chef Pierre Chevillard has extensive experience from working in kitchens in France and the UK. Born in France’s Gastronomic capital Lyon, Pierre worked in the three Michelin starred Trioisgros (Roanne) and then moved to England where over 24 year tenure at Chewton Glen he won and retained a Michelin star. In 2003 Pierre moved to Pebble Beach.
Pebble Beach’s ethos is to create a blend of French and English exceptional tasting food. The menu is locally sourced produce including seafood.
Arrive early for your meal to have an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the Solent. The bar has an extensive selection of wines and cocktails.
If you want to get close to the action in the “Chef’s Domain”, reserve a seat at chef’s table, where you can see the theatre of the kitchen.
Stay a little longer by booking one of Pebble Beach’s rooms or the penthouse to wake up to the panoramic views.
