As you reach the end of the tree-lined driveway, Warbrook House Hotel sweeps into view: a magnificent Grade I listed mansion designed by renowned architect John James in 1724, set in 130 acres of Grade II listed gardens, complete with its very own Versailles-style canal.

Warbrook House Hotel is the ideal location for conferences, weddings, private parties, or a relaxing weekend in the countryside. It is conveniently located near the Berkshire-Hampshire border, and close to Heathrow Airport and Central London, which is accessible by train with connections from Reading, Fleet and Farnborough rail stations.

Within the extensive grounds you will also find The Grange, our purpose-built conference facility. Comprising of ground floor air-conditioned meeting rooms, coffee lounge and restaurant. With accommodation on the first floor, The Grange can offer everything your conference, meeting, away day or training requires.

Also within the grounds is The Garden Suite marquee, the perfect setting for weddings, private parties, family fun days and charity balls.  
The Marquee benefits from its own finishing kitchen, fully functioning private bar and integrated bathrooms. The venue also offers a built-in sound system, lighting and a dance floor.
