The beautiful lawned garden runs alongside the river with direct access to a 12-metre private pontoon, the ideal place for crabbing, fishing and swimming or perhaps bring your own RIB , paddleboards and kayaks so you can explore further afield. You can also hire these locally if required. You will also find a glorious hot tub and covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, complete with a choice of barbecues and an oven and hob, perfect for al fresco dining. During the day sit and enjoy your beautiful river side surroundings and as dusk falls, festoon lighting will ensure you enjoy dining into the evening.
Inside, this charming home is cosy and welcoming with oodles of space for all and characterful features such as an inglenook fireplace and beamed ceilings.
