ABOUT US

We are excited to welcome you...

We will be returning this summer for our 3rd year of pick your own sunflowers and we cant wait!

Come and conquer our sunflower maze and explore the trail through 10 acres of beautiful sunflowers with lots of fun photo opportunities for all the family to enjoy.

We have been farming Silkstead as a family since 1995, currently farmed by 2 generations with a 3rd generation of little farmers in trainig!. We are a mixed farm, growing and harvesting cereals and lambing our flock of breeding ewes. The farm is a member of a countryside stewardship scheme which involves growing buffer strips and wildflower strips for the benefit of the environment and wildlife. This year we have grown 10 acres of sunflowers which has become a haven for important insects and pollinators; we hope that you enjoy them too!

This year we are proud to be donating all money raised through donations from you, for use of our seceteurs, to Long Covid Kids.
